In 1992 MiraPeñas restaurant was built, run by María Jesús and Tarciso, who, after twenty years of activity, make the decision to turn their lives building in 2007 the MiraPeñas Apartments that will be inaugurated in 2008.
In 2014, her gaughter, Águeda, takes over the management, what is now the second generation of MiraPeñas.

Our Environment
In the outsides we will find beautiful gardens and private parking in closed property. Mirapeñas is located in a rural setting, inside the parish of San Martín de Podes, Gozón, within the Protected Landscape of the Cabo de Peñas, this being the most northern point of Asturias. We are located just a few minuts from Avilés, Gijón and Oviedo, main cities of the province and 8 km from Luanco, capital of the Council of Oviedo.
